Ghost Walk - Tarothon

Hello, I am the Painted Priestess, The creator of TaroThon.
I found my path early in life. I have been a practicing pagan for 15 years.
If you would like to label me, I would be an eclectic solitary witch.

I am skilled in Tarot reading, zodiac and dream interpretation. I was born under the Leo sign in the Year of the Fire Dragon. So I am more than capable to lead and assist others in finding the answers that they seek in their life. I believe most people already have the answers they seek locked inside of them. They just need a little guidance in unlocking them. I use the tools of tarot, zodiac and dreams to help an individual reach their full potential.

I have devoted most my adult life to educating myself according to the pagan path. I have read for endless hours. I have interviewed and had conversations with an endless line of people with immense knowledge and skill. I have done readings and consultations with friends, family and people in my immediate area. Now for the first time I bring my insight and knowledge to you.

THE TAROT

A basic tarot card deck consists of seventy-eight cards.
They are split into two categories which are the Minor Arcana and the Major Arcana.
The Major Arcana include twenty-two cards and represents the more important aspects of life.
The other fifty-six cards belong to the Minor Arcana.
They will usually guide you regarding less important aspects, the every day bits of life.
Some surmise that our average deck of playing cards are the offspring of the Minor Arcana.
This is due to the number cards and the four suits that are found in the Minor Arcana.

Think of the deck of tarot cards as an unbound book.
The cards tell a story depending on the answer you seek and how they are laid out.
It is up to you on how the book will be read.

My desire in creating Tarothon is to assist those who seek answers, need help with finding their paths in life or in making simple, every-day decisions. Tarot isn't an exact science - it is an art of interpretation. While anyone can read a recipe and bake a batch of brownies, reading Tarot requires a special gift of insight that few possess, but even fewer know how to use. My goal is not to give you the answers or make your decisions for you, and you really should avoid those who do try to "give you the answers". I feel that my purpose on this Earth is to help unlock the answers to problems or situations that many hold within themselves... to see what may not be obvious to you at this time.
